Our Refund Policy

At ReddyTech, we strive to provide the highest quality services to all our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent refund process when necessary.

Please note: All refund requests must be made within 14 days of payment and before the commencement of work on your project. Once work has begun on your project, refunds may not be available or may be prorated based on work completed.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • The service has not yet been initiated or work has not commenced
  • The service delivered does not match what was described in the original agreement
  • Technical issues prevent the service from being delivered as promised
  • Cancellation is made within the specified cancellation period

Non-Refundable Services

The following services and situations are typically not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have already been completed and delivered
  • Custom development work that has already begun
  • Domain name registrations and SSL certificates
  • Third-party services or products we've purchased on your behalf
  • Services purchased during a sale or promotional period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to harsh@reddytech.in with your refund request
  • Include your invoice number and the reason for your request
  • Our billing team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  • You will receive notification of approval or denial of your request
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days

Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed

Note: For payments made via credit/debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within the billing cycle.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • If only part of the services have been rendered
  • If there are minor issues that don't justify a full refund
  • If both parties agree to a partial refund as resolution

Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first at harsh@reddytech.in to give us an opportunity to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.

We're committed to working with you to reach a fair resolution for any issues you may encounter with our services.

ReddyTech reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
